Question about calories.

I've only been on here a few days and so far I love the app. Only recording food properly for 3 days, day 1 I had a migraine and couldn't eat dinner so was well under on calories. Day 2 went really well. But my question is about today. I calculated all my calories to hit my target but when it came to eating my dinner I was really full so couldn't finish it all (leaving potatoes and chicken). This obviously means I'm under my calories, if this starts happening often should I worry.

One reason I started to use the app was because although I've been eating better food I was concerned I was getting my calories all wrong.

How many calories are you consuming?

    Are you male or female?

How tall are you and what do you weigh?

    Also your daily activity level?

I'm female, calories are 1210. 5 ft 6 and weigh 11 st 4 want to get to under 10 st.

Currently inactive but that will be changing very soon - returning to karate with daughter, we've had a 3 year break due to daughter being very ill (she's finally recovered) - both black belts.

That is just in to the minimum amount of calories to stay healthy so make sure you hit it. If your going to be short have a spoonful of peanut butter or something like it that is calorie dense but not large volume.

I'm glad your daughter is better, karate is a great activity to do together :)

    I'll try doing that, thanks.

We love karate and at one point I thought my daughter wouldn't be able to do it ever again (why you shouldn't Google things). So happy when her surgeon said it's fine
