Plastic surgery when it's over?

The first time I lost a lot of weight, I had a tummy tuck. I had loose skin that wasn't going away, no matter how much exercise. Worth every penny, every bit of pain. I barely have a scar, and although I've gained some weight back, the belly is still pretty flat. When I get closer to my goal I want to have my arms and legs done too. I'm 5'4" and have so much extra skin in my arms and legs that it's impossible to see muscle tone or definition like I can get in my abs.

I'm not asking whether I should do this. I am going to. I'm wondering if anyone else here has done it and how were their results.

I'd LOVE to have a tummy tuck. I've had 4 kids, and even though I'm not particularly heavy, my lower abdomen looks like a damn apron and there's nothing I can do about it..... even when I have decent definition of the muscles under my ribs, anything about 2 inches under my navel is a war zone.... sigh....
