Calorie Counts from Emeals

My family and I have been using Emeals for a month or so and we absolutely love it! I recently started a medically supervised diet and I'm having to journal all my calories that I eat and drink. I don't use just one of the meal plans, we use all of them. Does anyone happen to have the calorie counts from the recipes? I contacted Emeals and they said they have the calories on the low calorie plan and a couple of others, but I would like to know the other recipes calories because I have 3 boys who can be picky eaters, which is why we try them all. Any help would be awesome!! Thank you!
