Today is my first day on this website. I am excited to have found something new to use for support and guidance. I HATE exercising and need to find a way to fit it into my day without me dreading each day. I also need to get a handle on how much I eat each day. I think this website will be a great tool in solving those two issues.

    Welcome! Welcome! I too was new only 16 days ago and started with the same feelings. I was only going to my little boot camp class 3x a week and while I watching what I ate, I had not made a real committment to it. I would always say on the days I don't go to class I'll walk, but I never did, maybe once out of the remaining 4 days! (LOL) Someone told me about the site and I am a changed person since joining!!!! It scares even me sometimes, I don't what happened, well yess I do. It was the encouragement, motivation, perserverance, accountability and unity of everyone striving for the same goals, that has gotten me thus far. Sure my family supports me, but I often would not say how I was really feeling because they didn't understand and their response would always be, it's okay, you'll be alright. Well I wasn't alright!! Okay enough for now add me as a friend and any body else on this site and you will see exactly what I mean. You can do this and you don't have to be alone! Ready~ Set ~ Go!:drinker:
