Is it possible to lose weight while eating junk food and exercising?

Yep! I have done it. It is good to balance but, I have days where I eat a lot of junk just eating at or under my cal goal. Diet is for weight loss and exercise is for health though can give you a bigger deficit.0

As long as you hit your calorie goals and any other personal nutrition goals you need to reach then you should lose weight.0 -
