What Supplements?

I take a daily vitamin to ensure I get most of my vitamins that I miss. I would like to know what you take, if you do.

    All depends on your goals. When my goal was dropping numbers on the scale I didn't take any supplement. ( prolly should have been taking a multivitamin), now that I'm trying to recomp and build muscle it's tons of protein powder and preworkouts (not chemically necessary but I love the mental push).
