I am having a hard time finding low calories, high protein lunches. Besides egg and tofu what other recipes can you suggest -with as many veges as possible.
Thank you :)

If you want high protein, it will not be low calorie. If you want absorb more of the nutrients from the vegetables, add fat. You don't have to eat eggs or tofu. Are you a vegetarian? If not, eat meat, fish, shellfish, dairy, beans and lentils, nuts and seeds, grains and starchy vegetables, fruit and other vegetables, butter and oil. Lunch doesn't have to be special. Don't limit yourself to recipes. Just eat food. Anything you make with real food ingredients can be healthy.

^This. The only exception I can think of are Quest bars, or other protein bars and shakes. For "real" food though, I find that lentils and beans are definitely the best bet for getting in protein. The kind I buy are approximately 70 calories, with 8g of protein per serving. Quinoa isn't *as* low calorie, but it isn't terribly high either and has plenty of protein, and you can always pair it up with vegetables and lean meat.
