Snacking and how to stop it

I start my first 2 meals of the day great! Then when I get to dinner I eat and snack. Also when I hang out with friends and they start I feel obligated to snack to too. Then I see them snacking and eating a bunch of junk food and I think if they can eat like that and be skinny I can too. So I eat bad food and feel awful about it afterwards. Does anyone else have this problem? Any advice would be great for me to start my weight loss journey. I always say I'll start tmrw, but tmrw never comes:(

    Do you want to lose weight or not? Get your head convinced and you will lose the weight.

    If you DO snack, make it healthy. Or plan the snacking to fit into your calories.

    You can snack. You can eat when you like.

    Just adhere to your calorie and macronutritional goals.
