I have a lot of calories left. I have a healthy snack which is wholegrain though will it interrupt my macros. I have to fill up so my body does not go in starvation.

Calories first, macros second. Or you could try eating half a portion of your whole grain with a bit of peanut butter or cheese.0

What are your macros set at? Calories are more important than macros. Eat something with protein or healthy fats. Can't go wrong with a handful of nuts or natural peanut butter.0

Your body will not go into starvation mode OP.
Work on eating more cals throughout the day so you aren't faced with a big gap to fill at the end of the day. Have you read the stickied posts at the top of the forum sections? Lots of helpful info in there.0 -
