This 2016 has been harder than I thought it would be. The 2 months have not gone the way I planned it. I was so motivated when the new year started but since not seeing results it's hard for me to move forward. How do I keep myself focus.

Just take it one day at a time. Don't let results dictate your motivation in the present moment. No one gets the results they wanted before failing a few hundred times. What's done is done... keep pushing forward and don't let that motivation you once felt slip away. Two months of hard work can easily turn into two years IF you stay motivated on a DAY TO DAY basis. The results will come. It's not about two months or one summer or even one year... health and wellness is built through positive daily habits.

How do you stay motivated when not seeing results as quickly as possible!!
Feeling is more important than seeing.
Ultimately you want to live a long, healthy life. Disregard what you see in the mirror for the time being.
Be motivated by the fact you woke up that morning and were able-bodied enough to exercise and eat well. That's a positive accomplishment in and of itself so always acknowledge that!0 -
