If I'm consuming 1900 calories daily, and burning 2500, will I be losing around 1.5 pounds a week? I seem to be consistently and unintentionally be consuming this number and with the workouts I'm doing as well as general daily activity, seem to be burning 2500. Will be weighing in on Friday but was curious to know how much I'd be typically losing with these numbers

Weight loss isn't linear, but given those stats yes you should lose just over a pound a week

If those numbers are accurate, yes, over time that should be your trend, but (especially with weekly weights) it's really, really easy for loss to be masked by day-to-day non-fat-related fluctuations in the fluid and waste content of your body. Personally, I regularly see day-to-day fluctuations of up to 3 pounds depending on circumstances, and I use a weekly average plus a weighted trend to gauge my progress. I

If Friday you happen to be retaining a lot of water, you could have lost 1.5 pounds and still see a spike on the scale.

Example- I've lost 1.9 pounds by actual weights from my weigh-in two weeks ago to today, and about a pound by trend (that trend is right on track with my goal rate). But if I was only weighing once a week on Fridays, I would perceive that I had gained about half a pound, just because of the weights that happened to fall on those days. I wouldn't have seen the low weights along the way or be able to average. I'd think what I was doing wasn't working, when it's actually working exactly as I expect it to, when the pattern is viewed as a whole.

A 600 daily calorie deficit corresponds to 4200 cals per week which is a closer to 1.2 lbs/week. However, it won't be exact week to week. Expect a lot of variance.
