Hi all, what ratio Marco nutrients for fat loss do you have your MVP set at ? I reckon I'm definitely an endomorph body type (which I believe should have low carb diet and do weight training). Has anyone else looked into this and found successes from certain diets and exercise plans?

All you need to lose weight is a sustained calorie deficit. Body type has nothing to do with it Eat in a way that makes it likely that you'll stick to your calorie deficit. Humans can thrive on a an immense variation of diets as long as basic needs are met. Find a balance that is right for you. Percentages is not the best way to set macros. Start with protein and fat - at least one gram of each per kilo of your body weight at goal weight (BMI 20-25). Fill up calories with carbs/protein/fat. Notice how you feel and revise every month or so. It's smart to eat some food from every food group every day, not cutting out foods you like, and to do some of your cooking yourself (not rely on convenience food).0
