I struggle with Motivation everyday! I have been using MFP to combat the feeling of, "no one cares if I do "x" today"...
I recently started incorporating MFP into my podcast to help spread the motivation but also so people can expand their connection to this community. I do weekly "shout-outs" & Q&A for MFP'ers. I'm always looking for ways to connect and spread motivating vibes!

    I woke at 2am today and read that people who keep a gratitude diary are more likely to achieve their goals. I was amazed at how quickly I could write a list of 10 things to be grateful for and it straight away made me feel stronger and more optimistic. Hope that is helpful.
