Any other Canucks in the Fitness Community?

Hey there! Just looking to see if I can connect with other Canadians who are feeling like sharing our fitness goals, the good, the bad and the ugly days that we will all go through. I have been on a 15 year hiatus from anything fitness related and am back at beginner level fitness - pride crushing given I spent the majority of my teens and into my twenties running 8 kilometres daily and 2 hours of gym work/sport training without even so much as a muscle cramp. Ugh! But alas... Fitness has returned to my focus and I'd like to see if I can connect with others who are either recently fitness minded and focused on regaining healthier lifestyles.
