Quote: We are highly concerned by the long list of potential side effects that come with Duromine. You may experience nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, chest pains or irregular heartbeat. You should also report difficulty breathing, fainting, facial swelling and skin rashes to your physician. “Side effects are often an issue with prescription medications,” says our Research Editor. “You have to weigh the benefits against the potential side effects to see if the medication is worth a try. Some of the side effects associated with Duromine are harsh.”

A dieter reports, “I just started taking Duromine…and my body is shaking and I have a headache.”

“I have been taking [Duromine] tablets for three days now, I woke up [last] night and could not stop vomiting,” says another user.

“The side effects [are too] severe and I can’t cope with feeling depressed. Headaches, pressure on my chest, muscle cramps…nausea, insomnia, loss of concentration. It’s not worth it,” one dieter claims.

I read some reviews from people who have lost weight on it. But, quite a few of the reviewers said they are eating at a calorie deficit and started an exercise routine. The calorie deficit alone will help you lose weight. I don't see why paying an exorbitant amount of money to have nasty side effects is worth it. Plus, statistically, people who use diet aids are more likely to regain the weight after they stop taking the pills.

Never heard of it. I did a quick google search and saw that it's a weight loss pill, I'm not interested in it tho. Weight loss drugs scare me, too many side effects.

If youd like to lose weight , all you need is a calorie deficit.
There's no quick fixes or easy way out. If you want something you have to work for it.

Discipline=appetite suppressor. You don't need pills, you only need to WANT to lose the weight more than you want to overeat.

You can't take it long and since it artificially suppresses your appetite, the vast majority of people who have taken this (active ingredient = Phentermine) said that they didn't learn better habits and gained the weight back after they stopped taking it.

Gross. Don't do it. Side effects won't be worth it. Plus, you can't take something like this forever. When you go off the drug you'll be apt to gain back even more, just making your next attempt at weight loss even harder.
