I've never tried spaghetti squash but I sometimes like to cut courgettes into ribbons and use that as a 'pasta' substitute - just slice the courgette lengthways and then use a vegetable peeler to slice into long ribbons. I'd imagine it tastes quite similar to spaghetti squash and would have a similar texture as courgettes are in the squash family.

Cannot get spaghetti squash, but I've tried it in America, it's ok covered in pasta sauce!
How about trying qinua pasta? I'll be trying that next

I've never tried it but I've definitely seen it in the Co-Op.
