I was wondering if it is necessary to take a multivitamin or any other vitamins example vitamin d etc. I know I must be low in vit D as I read alot of overweight people are and I also suffer from agoraphobia as I go outside maybe 5 times a year so I get no sunlight at all. I want to start some sort of vitamin regemin as well as eating healthy as one I know vit d deficiency can lead to bad health problems. Can someone suggest chewable multivitamin as well as chewable vit d I can not swallow pills. Thanks for any and all help.

You should talk to your doctor and get blood work done first. They can make a suggestion based on your blood results.

Unfortunately MFP doesn't track micronutrients because you could simply input your daily meal plan and get an idea of the vitamins/minerals you're getting. Then you can go from there.

For Vitamin D however you need to get tested. If you're severely deficient you would be prescribed a large dosage. Your levels will dictate the dosage you need though so get tested.

There are D drops. You could try those. I use a topical patch, http://www.patchmd.com
