I'm all ears for any guidance

How's it going everyone! Just thought I'd drop in and introduce myself. Mid 20s army medic(active duty). Highly active and highly addicted to all things zelda superhero movies.

Trying out the app route to lay out my meals and really hone in on my nutriton. Im all ears for any guidance on workouts, meals, and breaking that genetic wall.
