try to diet.. beer lets me down

Hi. Im trying the herbalife shakes for weight loss tgis time. Ive had problems losing weight due to stress drinking after work. I cannot drink lower calorie spirits etc because they get you too drunk when all you want to do us relax so i started with beer but weught shot up 2 kg in 2 weeks. Starting at 84kg as of yesterday, going to try stay off the beer as much as possible looking to get down to 65kg. Im only 155cm tall and feel extremely uncomfortable at my current weight. Looking forward to reading all your comments successes and failures. Love becky

    Whenever I diet (seems like once a year), the first thing I give up is alcohol. It's not easy! Not saying everyone should, but it can help.

    The best de-stresser is exercise, anyway.
