I used WW for a while and had been tracking with the free MFP. When WW changed their program in December 2015, I found I couldn't adapt to it. I gave it three more months before quitting. In January, I decided to spring the $49 for a year of premium. I really find it useful. I like looking at my stats over the week. One feature I really like is the net calories in both the day view and the week view. This way, I can continue to strive for an average for the week rather than worrying about being over a little one day and under the next. You can do the same thing with your macros and look at how you are trending by day or over the week. Now that I have officially quit WW, I like premium even more. It really helps me adjust and plan the rest of the week. For me - definitely worth it.
