I'm doing that food diary thing but I only really eat breakfast and lunch and sometimes I will have like a packet of chips or some twiggi sticks or something. The diary says i need like 1200-1500 calories but im only at like 500. I wanna go from 99kgs to around 85kgs. I started rapidly gaining weight about 2 years ago when I first started taking Olanzapine 5mg then when i got to near 100kgs I stabilized but it could also be because I drink alcohol. I plan on trying to quit that today too, why is there no alcohol option?
I probably drink around 10 glasses of water per day if no even more, i do karate once a week and Im about 6 foot tall. makes me wonder why i'm even over weight
