Have you noticed significant hair growth?

I was just wondering, since yahoo answers has failed me, if any of you have ever noticed any significant increase of hair growth since you started dieting and exercising. As like "my hair was at shoulders and now it's mid breast in 5 months" significance. Have you ate anything that's really boosted your hair growth? Please let me know! Thank you.

Nope, my hair grows very slowly. But if you have some magic voodoo that makes hair grow can I have some?

mine grows fast and I think it is milk that does it. Also during the summer while I have my garden in my nails and hair really take off. It got so bad I shaved my head to get it under control last couple of years. debating if I'll do that this year as I'm not sure if I'm getting to old for such sillyness.

I have not noticed any change in hair growth. I didn't drastically alter my diet though.
I think my nails break less when I eat more protein. That may be helpful for hair too.

Unfortunately, no. May be your change of diet has increased a certain vitamin that you were deficent in previously? I am just clutching at straws though lol...

the time before last I was at the hairdresser (just after Christmas I think) and he mentioned loads of his clients had had really substantial hair growth over winter. I think it may have something to do with the milder winter we'd had so far.

My hair and nails grow faster when I take care of my nutrition and am not deficient.

I have a hypo active thyroid which slows hair growth and can cause thinning. When I exercise and eat right, my hair is much better.

My hair grows pretty fast (the opinion of my hair dresser and friends/coworkers-to me its slow) however when I started upping my protein (and overall tracking) it seems to be doing better- meaning Im actually noticing the growth. Could be related- or not. I have a TON of baby hair growing too. Some even in places that previously were and always have been- thin. It looks ridiculous now when its pulled back TBH- grow baby hair, GROW! I also notice its not as thin throughout-despite my ability to continuously shed all over my bathroom. It also breaks less.

Exercising will improve blood circulation which is great for your scalp. Yoga is especially great since you're doing all sorts of inverted maneuvers.
