OK, I can't wait to get my new scale.....

I am exercising a bit more then I have been, (need to stop the procrastination), but that topic is on another topic.

I am not finishing my calories nad make big health changes in my food and preperation.

My clothes are getting looser.
This week I wore a pair of AVON draw string pants and a button pinstripe blouse that I just cut the tags off of and I had them in the closet for over a year because they were way to tight...

Now, they are baggy....

But the scale, brought me to 213 from 218 and when I weighed the past week, it read 3 times, 219, 221, 230???

I hate these things.....

Ever had this happen with a manual and is a digital read out better???

I bought a weight watchers (conair, from Target) digital scale that is precise (it ways the same if I do it several times in a row) and agrees with my scale at the gym. It calculates % body fat , body water, etc, since I haven't done this anywhere else I can't say how accurate it is in that regard.

The scale is the:  .

Two words: tape measure. 99 cents and always accurate.
