I have 3, but they're older now and more self sufficient. When they were younger, I dropped them in the gym daycare. If that wasn't an option, I left them with Dad. If that wasn't an option, I left them with my parents. If I couldn't leave the house, I did a DVD in my living room. Eventually I put a gym in my house and it was the best money I ever spent.

I really dont exercise much. Ots kind of the lowest thing on my priority list between school, work, family, and household tasks. I've mainly been focused on my diet and have lost 15 lbs so far.

I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old. I work full time and always tired. My work outs are random and squeeze it in while I'm doing other things around the house. My kids climb on me when I'm doing stretches, crunches, sit ups, push ups or dancing on the Just Dance but I incorporate them into whatever I'm doing. I'm just used to it. I have no time for routine.

This app has helped motivate me everyday to try. Even when I don't want to. Maybe you just need to add more friends and when you post that you spent 10 min. doing moderate cardio and burned 50cals when you get likes, its a good feeling. . .

As a mom of three I'm having a really hard time finding the motivation to exercise! All three of my LOs are 5 and under and when I have a moment to myself the last thing I want to do is exercise. Well I want to but like I said, finding the motivation is the hard part. How do you find the time/motivation? Help! Tips or tricks? Feel free to add me!

Same here! my kids are 5, 4 and 2! I also work full time. I have a gym membership and some stuff at home for working out but seriously time is hard to find! I basically sneak over to gym for few minutes after work, during work(lot of walking and cleaning as a DSP job coach) I can go into break room and do some power squats and lunges, and stretching is a constant thing for me to help with my nerve damage in my lower back. Also while at home I sneak a few minutes in the evening when the kiddos go to bed, which is later then I'd like but I do what I can lol.

I also try to motivate myself and find motivation on here and other places, sometimes reading a success stories is all it takes! looking at pictures of people with amazing success, listening to music is a big motivator for me, and watching the biggest loser! lol

My basic thing is thinking about my kiddos, wanting to be able to play with them and pick them up is the biggest motivator for me for sure! its so hard sometimes to not be able to lift my daughters up, or get down on my hands and knees and wrestle with them(tom boys!) Sending you a friend request!

Lol I know that. Kids running around your feet while trying to work out or getting on your back for push ups haha too funny but can make it hard sometimes. My three year old seems to think it's hilarious

I've used my fitness pal about two years ago. Just started again a week ago. I love the app so far. Much more accessible than logging on the pc to log everything.
