Pretty much bailed on this tracking on purpose

I knew if I had to record what I was eating I would have to a) eat according to my plan b) pay attention. Chose to 'forget' to do MyFitnessPal, then ate a bunch of nonsense food on and off for months. I lost some of my improvements, but I've kind of hated eating that way during the whole time. So feels good to be eating appropriately and going to have to commit to recording WHATEVER I eat, and being honest about it. Which will in turn help reducing the number of times I do actually eat bad, because I'll have it recorded for me to see for all eternity. Recording seems to be the key to being honest about what I am eating. So looking forward to seeing results for a few months JUST the results of what I ate, and not really on scale or in mirror. Scale happens then bonus. I just want to feel faster, stronger, and more clear headed for now and eating affects that. Have to be productive for a bunch of things this year so being efficient in health, fitness and nutrition is going to be vital and fun.

Hope this helps somebody with something positive for your progress.
