Carbs, protein & fats

Wot r recommended % ratios 2 loose weight and remain lean.? Less carbs obviously, but wot about fats & protein? Jx

    Personal preference beyond getting adequate fat and protein (which does not require high numbers). Many find that increasing protein beyond the minimum helps with preserving muscle and satiety (something like .8 grams per lb of goal weight). I think making healthful dietary/food choices overall are much more important than carbs vs. fat (I don't agree with "less carbs obviously") but people should experiment and see what works for them.
