back after a few years

I'm back after a few years getting away from MFP. Had a doctors appointment in early Feb and the blood work came back that I have stage 2 diabetes. So, I'll be here often...looking for support. The good news is I'm down 30lbs since I was here a few years ago and 12 since my doctors appointment!!
