I've noticed about a mile in my runs my right hand (3 fingers) fall asleep- anyone else have this?? I'm thinking it could be carpal tunnel related???

Happens to me, too, though it doesn't generally last very long.0

It occasionally happens to me, so that's when I just shake my hands out one-by-one. It makes me look a little insane to go running down the street flailing my arms but I have to do it once every mile. If you're concerned, I would just call up your doctor's office and inquire about it. If he/she is concerned, you could schedule an appointment but it doesn't sound too serious! Good luck!0

My foot randomly falls asleep after about 2.5 miles, which is kind of scary. I'm already very clumsy, so I don't need anything making it worse!! It usually fixes itself after a while. I have NO idea what causes it.0

I always assume it was tied to blood flow... but that's really only a guess.0

I guess I'll do some internet research, see what I can find out...if not doctor visit.
