    Protein/carbs....Beans, lentils, dairy
    Protein.....The obvious, chicken, meats, beef, fish, protein powders, eggs
    Protein/fat.....nuts, cheese, seeds like chia and flax

    Carbs...sprouted grains if you like the nutrition boost over refined grains, fruits, freshly juiced veggies, starchy veggies like russet or sweet potatoes or other root veggies, rice, quinoa.
