I wanted to ask what I should do. The reason I could not get my calories in was because I was in bed really illl. Could I eat back the calories tomorrow

Eat some more tomorrow if you want, but one day of eating under won't hurt. Think of how many times people get stomach flu or whatnot. Just don't make a habit of it.

If you're below target due to illness, don't worry about it. Keep it in mind if you're hungry later in the week/once you've recovered.

Listening to your body is important. Sometimes when you're ill, you want more food. Other times, not so much.

If you underate because you where very ill then I would try to see if tomorrow you could hold down some extra calories. Try eating spoonfuls of peanut butter. When I am not feeling well I try to have a couple spoonfuls every couple of hours . you can add on an about an extra 1000 cals by having ten spoonfuls of peanut butter ( I understand it would he hard to eat ten spoonfuls at once so just try to eat a couple spoonfuls every few hours on top of anything else you eating throughout the day. It will add up by the end of the day )

I have migraine days where I can't eat at all, or if I do it comes right back up. Just stay hydrated, and don't worry about it. When you feel better, your eating schedule will get back to normal. :)

Hang on to them as a surplus for the week, maybe something will come up where you want to splurge and you won't have to give it a second thought :)
