Successes/struggles this week: I hurt my ankle so I've had a hard time getting back into running. I've done really well dieting though. I'm also learning that you can make simple changes to foods you love and make them much healthier/lower calorie! I'm thinking this may be becoming a lifestyle! I also met my February goal, so I'm SUPER happy!0
