30 Day Squat Challenge

I am about half way through my first 30 day squat challenge. For those of you who have done it before...what do you do at the end? start over? keep doing 250 every day? take a month off? Looking for suggestions....thanks!

  • I have done it twice now and I just restart everytime... I love the way it has transformed my thighs.. Its amazing.. Im starting it all over again tomorrow... good luck to you

    I did it and had great results but it was really hard on the knees. I wanted to keep it up so I try to do 25 - 50 a day. Good luck!
