Like most people I've jumped on and off the weight loss train multiple times. Every time Ive fallen off I've told myself, 'It doesnt really matter if I lose weight. It wont change anything. My friends and family will still be my friends and family, and I'll still be pretty happy.' This time I have focus. I want to be the best person I can be. I'm not exercising at the moment. Just taking it one step at a time and concentrating on my eating first. What can I say, multi-tasking isn't my thing haha.

I started using this app at 133.6kg (295lbs) and am hoping to lose at least 30kg (66lbs). But I'm taking the train all the way home this time! Fingers crossed! Watch this space! It's not about motivation, it's about discipline!'
