Hello! I've been a MFP member now for 2-3 weeks and I LOVE IT! Tracking what I eat and how much I excercise has been very informative. I'm seeing great results (-8lbs already - yeah!) and I'm optimistic about my future progress. I have even enjoyed all of the excercise because it's giving me some much needed energy and a more positive attitude. Initially, I didn't think much about the message board but I found it to be very inspirational and look forward to reading it daily.
