How do you go about getting calorie information for food you make yourself?
I make beef jerky, candies, and jellies here at home, and I was just curious.....

Take the nutritional information of all the ingredients and the portions and add them together; then divide by serving size (e.g. add each ingredient separately under one of your food categories then click on remember meal; then whenever you eat it, select that food from your My Meals and adjust the serving size to what ever portion fo the whole you had). Hope this helps!0
