Daily weigh ins / trend followers

Hi,
I've been losing for about a month now & weighing daily & using happy scale to see the trends. I'm finding it great for putting the scale number in its proper context & not panicking about blips.

Being a bit geeky I was thinking of moving my stats across to excel and tracking other things as well as weight to see if I can see any other trends. Maybe sodium and menstrual cycle?

Was wondering if anyone here has already done this? What you track & any trends you've seen?
