Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could give me a good weight training routine for an intermediate, using only dumbbells, barbells and body weight.

    Body Beast is a good program. I did it last year and I'm planning another round.

    Nike Training Club App. You can make your focus to get lean, get toned, or get strong, or get focused. From there you can pick workouts that are beginner, intermediate, or advanced. The workouts are either 15, 30, or 45 mins. They also have bonus workouts and workout rewards. It's free in the Apple App Store.
