Gaining and i dont know why

Hey y'all. I've been on a good streak and lost 25 pounds. I have about 80 more to go. I stay within a healthy caloric intake and I work out daily. But I'm gaining now instead of losing? I thought maybe it was bloat yesterday so I drank more water and kept at it. Gained more this morning! What gives?

My guess is that you are doing one of the following:
- ovulating
- soon to start your period
- eating more carbs and/or sodium than usual
- in need of a trip to the bathroom
- starting a new exercise program that has you retaining some water weight

that is nothing to get worried about. what @jemhh said. track your weight for another week or two and re-evaluate after seeing the trend over 2 weeks.
+ or - 3 to 5 lbs on any given day is normal, the trend (average) over time should be going down 1-2lbs per week.

Also remember that Muscle weighs more than fat, I had this issue when I first started working out. I was loosing inch's but not weight, finally my muscle mass balanced out and I started to loose again.0
