Making and storing juices

I have a few questions, I'm new to making juices. I was wondering if it's possible to make them a blender(for now) and my other question is how long can I leave my juice out the fridge until it looses its goodness. I wan't to take my juice to work but we don't have fridges, how long after taking it out the fridge would I need to consume it? Thanks

Use a vacuum (thermos) flask to keep it cooler for longer, or freeze it.0

If you freeze it don't fill up the bottle all the way because it expands a bit. That's been my experience anyway.
Also, I juice my leftover produce for the week so sometimes that includes things like apples. As they do whole, the juice will turn brown. Taste-wise it's fine but it doesn't look all that great. Nutritionally I have no idea how long it's okay to leave juice in the fridge but as long as it tastes good I drink it.0
