    I don't really have a "method"..other than consistency! I consistently logged every meal and stayed at or really close to my calorie goal (minus Thanksgiving and Christmas! lol moderation is key!). I consistently didn't eat out. I consistently worked out 5-6 days per week. Etc etc.

    I did lose the first 20 in the first month so that was a huge jumpstart! I am SO close to my goal weight now and the weight loss has slowed way way down - but I just keep on keeping on with the consistency despite with the scale says sometimes ;)
