as my weight goes down will my calorie goal change?

i havent noticed a change yet.
started at 165.
now at 155.

You have to manually change it yourself. MFP doesn't do it automatically, but it should be prompting you after 10 pounds lost to change it.0

Depending on your height and your weight loss goal, you may be at the lowest calorie goal, which is 1200 for women. I don't think MFP will allow you to set it below that.0

I also thought it would automatically change it but it didn't. When I went to update it, It went from 2150 to 1800.0

Essentially that will be based on your height/weight/ activity levels.

I found this site helpful to get a baseline. The joy of MFP is that it will add the calories burned from exercise. Congratulations on the progress so far!!0 -

Yes I have lost 11.8 pounds ans I have gone from 1450 to 1410. MFP did the automatically.0
