We eat it everyday, I grow enough to last through the winter. I joke that garlic is a vegetable, not an herb, in our house.0

I'm so accustomed to tons of fresh garlic in most of the savory dishes I make, that when I eat "garlic bread" from a restaurant, that dehydrated garlic they must use on the bread (?) doesn't even register as garlic to me, I just taste butter.0

I always finely mince a clove and put it in my tossed salads. Delicious!0
