ACL Recovery

Anyone going through or have already gone through ACL rehabilitation? Could use any encouragement.

    I went through ACL and meniscus tores . Your rehab will be quicker . I am doing construction currently . Are you able to walk ? You will lose weight because of rehab and do what the therapist says.

    Do ALL of your PT. Don't skip. Also don't try to do more than instructed.
