Fibromyalgia

I hurt for a long time before I was finally diagnosed about 3 months ago. I am now told I also have sleep apnea and am being fitted for a CPAP which they say will give me more energy. I have also gained ABOUT 27 lbs and do not want to move. I have various back and knee problems which doesn't help matters. I am trying to lose weight and lead some kind of normal life, but with pain every day and no energy it is difficult to even plan meals and cook. I stress about all this and that seems to trigger or worsen flare ups. Some times depression is the worse thing and I don't care what I eat. Sorry for the pity part. I am very discouraged!

Getting a CPAP machine when needed will be a game changer I expect. You are on the road to recovery it sounds like to me.

You have my sympathy. Fibromyalgia is not a nice condition to have.
