You are your own gym app - opinions?

Anyone tried the you are your own gym app? I work at a books a million and I hear the book is really good and is a top seller, then I heard about the app. I had previously bought insanity, but it is entirely too advanced me for me right now, so I decided to try the YAYOG app. So far on day 2 and its perfect (doing 1st class, skipped beginner). It tires me and makes me sore and sweat, but I can complete the work outs without stopping. I am going to try to complete this 44 day program, on top of riding my bike 7 miles a day. Even road in the rain today x), trying to make July a committed month!

I am starting week 6 of the app and I love it. I started with the beginner and the leg/core stuff is too easy for me but the arm stuff is hard, so I think I picked the right level. I'm starting to see definition in my arms so I'm pretty excited about that. I've been mainly focused on cardio because I was trying to lose a bit of weight, but I'm not at my goal weight so I'm working on building up some muscle.

I'm now on day 4. I started the next one up from beginner, first class I think it's called. So far I really love it! It's everything I wanted. A quick at home routine that leaves me sore and worked but able to do it. I can't wait to get into about week 5-6 and hopefully start seeing some muscle tone

I've got the Book from the same author called Body by You. It's designed for women and has smaller increments between exercises.
