Hads anyone ever taken tribulus ? How did you take it, what did you take it for, and when did you take it? Did it work for you?

    Looks great if you want to help your pet rat get a hard-on. Other than that it looks pretty worthless:
    No significant influences on fat mass are noted with tribulus terrestris
    Insufficient evidence to support an increase of lean mass associated with tribulus relative to placebo during a training program.
