Hi everyone in the FitnessPal Community. This is my first time posting on this board, or any real health/fitness forum. My name is Haily and I am 24 years old. I am 100 lbs, 5'3". I have been working out for about 8-9 months on a regular basis now. I basically went on Instagram, scrolled through hours worth of workout routines and created my own two at home circuits. Each circuit is 45-50 in total from start to finish and I was doing this atleast twice a week, if not three on ocassion. This last week I decided to try cutting the workouts in half and working out 5 days out of the week, I anticipate to keep up with this schedule now. My meals consist of a bowl of cereal (usually with half of a banana) to start my day, a salad as my lunch or dinner ( with hard boiled egg, green pepper, red onion, carrot, cumcuber, jalapeño and red pepper) and some form of chicken with rice or veggies as a side. If I end up snacking after a workout or between a meal it is either granola, nuts, rice cakes or a protein bar/ mamma chai vitality bar. I drink nothing besides water (atleast three bottles a day, if not more) or I'll throw in a cup of chai tea. I used to be 154lbs and live a very unhealthy lifestyle, so I know what it's like to be on completely different ends of the spectrum. I still see myself as 154lbs and have to admit I can not walk past a mirror without having to stop, turn to my side lift my shirt and frown at my stomach, mainly mon pubis area. The reason I am so disgusted and disappointed in myself is because when I was 154lbs, I had this really tight sexy mon pubis, no fat in that area whatsoever and it was the only part of my body I could actually smile about. Now whenever I even rub my hand past it I get sad and upset. I notice when j sit down in anyway, the area sticks out and is firm or hardish.. I don't understand what's going on or if it's something I'm personally doing wrong, but I really wish I could go back to the way I looked 54lbs heavier! I'm starting to get really down on myself and feel like I'm just kinding myself with the workouts and trying to eat healthier on a daily basis.. I truly love the way working out makes me feel every time I do it, it's not something I want to stop at all. I just wish I saw better results
