Getting Inspired

I am trying to get inspired to start this weight loss journey. I always seem to start but don't continue more than a few weeks. I am trying to surround myself with others doing good things. I am looking for ideas to make exercise more fun. Easy low calorie healthy menus. I need to lose a lot of weight about 100 pounds. I am looking for a good journaling app. Also any good apps to set goals and feel like I am achieving things. I have the plant nanny app for drinking water and love it. I want to feel better.
