pylometric exercises.. jump squats, etc

will body weight training such as jump squats, jump lunges, etc build more muscle? causing you to weigh more?

    It's cardio. You will build muscle, but you will burn a ton of calories. In the end, you will lose weight. Source: I lost weight doing P90X and doing Insanity. Both contain plyometric exercises.

    you will only build the extra muscle that your body needs to build to adapt to those exercises. You won't end up looking like Arnold. and who cares what you weigh if it's muscle gain? you don't walk around with your weight tattooed to your forehead.
