More bread recipes?

I've been making the same recipes over and over again and getting a bit bored with them... Typically the easy stuff that takes 2-3 hours to make. It's tasty, but I'd really like to make some nicer crusty bread... And I'm guessing that those take longer than 3 hours to make.

Does anyone have a recipe to share? I'd love to make baguettes but my oven is small so baguette pans don't fit in, but I have a French bread pan.

Google bread recipes, you will have plenty to choose from. I just use a bread machine. You load it up in under ten minutes and come back in a couple hours and it's all done.
